Information you provide: When you submit a quote request or client intake form, we collect your name, email address, and any project details you share. This information is sent to us via email and is used solely to respond to your inquiry and discuss potential work.
Analytics data: If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect anonymous usage data about how visitors interact with our site. This includes pages visited, time spent, device type, and general geographic region. Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish unique visitors. We do not collect or store your IP address — GA4 anonymizes this by default.
Session cookies: Our contact and intake forms use PHP session cookies to prevent cross-site request forgery (CSRF). These are essential for security, are temporary, and are deleted when you close your browser.

Namecheap: Our website is hosted on Namecheap shared hosting. Their privacy policy applies to server-level logging.
Form submissions are received via email and retained as long as needed to complete your project inquiry. Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months (the GA4 default), after which it is automatically deleted.
You can decline analytics cookies via our cookie banner. You can request deletion of any personal information you've shared with us by emailing hello@zebadiahcustoms.com. If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information we collect and the right to request its deletion.
Our services are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
